Friday night supper clubs - every fortnight (more or less!)

Start the weekend with a table of friends at one of our Friday night supper clubs.

With a different tasting menu and (optional) paired wine flight each time, with live music, a convivial atmosphere and beautiful surroundings you can’t really go wrong…

Head Chef Matthew Briddon will talk you through the menu each evening at the start to whet your appetite.

When it comes to food, our ethos rests on the principles of honesty, locality and freshness, with many of our ingredients coming from the Iford Manor walled garden or the Iford Estate.  We have a high regard for minimising wastage and try to use all parts of the animal or vegetable, wherever safe and possible to do so.

We strongly believe in nurturing the next generation of chefs. Our young team, working and training under Head Chef Matthew Briddon, become skilled in techniques as wide ranging as charcuterie, butchery and fermentation, through to sourdough baking and patisserie, founded upon a grounding in traditional French-style cooking. As such we are proud to produce almost all of our fayre in-house.

Our integrative approach linking into our farm and walled garden creates an understanding of growing, rearing, preparation and realisation of food, so our chefs gain a deeper understanding of terroir, flavour and what it takes to create excellent dishes directly from farm to fork.

We think you can really taste the difference and we hope you will agree.
