Mixed grain, chestnut & Iford Cider 24 hour fermented sourdough with house-made butter

First course
Turkey, smoked ham hock & Creedy Carver duck terrine with cranberry chutney and potato bread

Second course

Pan-fried Cornish scallops with Winter slaw, caviar veloute and lobster glaze

Main course

Wood-roasted Iford Estate venison loin and faggot with truffle celeriac puree, roasted Winter squash and beetroot with sage & onion jus

Dessert
Dark rum Christmas pudding parfait with roasted toffee apple, boozy dates

To finish

Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

22:00/15 - finish
