Iford Manor’s Head Chef, Matthew Briddon, has collaborated with Still Life Gin in Frome to distil botanicals from cuttings taken from our very own Iford Manor Gardens, including heritage rosemary and walled garden rhubarb.  Expect bundles of juniper, of course, plus a note of Sichuan pepper that gives a long sweet note.
